is there a diff between /use or /cast command?
Yes.
/cast is for abilities
/use is for items
In the current version of GSE /cast and castsequence lines are translated between client languages. /use isn’t. If you are on a German client and import a macro with a bunch of /use lines it won’t work.
In one of the next versions macros with/use lines will convert to an item id internally and if they have spells they just won’t work.
