with the Druid u can use ahk as its simple enough, just fire and mouse over

Is it possible to format efflorescence to land under cursor or focus?

don’t think you can do at focus anymore but @ cursor you would just do

/cast [@cursor] Efflorescence

Doesn’t really matter where you put it in the macro as its most probably a sequential but I may be wrong
