look at your world/home ms in game and add 100ms to that, its a good base to start from

name plates but i have edit it so it work now
Would this help a monk that has never healed before, but really wanna try it in M+ ? 
so 100000% u can use this its GOOOD it will get you started for sure
like how do i explain this when ur casting at 130ms hard to cast vivify with that spam or detox
ur renewing mist i am not sure how that totaly works u want it to be on as many ppl so when u cast ur free vivify it hits everyone… but with the macro i am not sure about the efficiency
but its a great place to start with and u have to be in melee of course casting on enemies
