Why is my bestmastery hunter profile not working all the time i do a reload?

Hi,

i was looking for a nice bm hunter profile for questing and farming.
i am totally new to this.

But everytime i do a reload the profile doesnt work anymore.
it doesnt use the spells anymore.

please help.
