Honestly, I’m not sure why you and a handful of others are having this issue. I’ve tried re-importing it myself, and it works fine on my end.
Using the spell ID instead of the spell name is definitely something you can try, and it might fix it for you. Idk.. However, it’s not something I’ll be changing, as it would be very tedious to maintain whenever Blizzard makes updates or changes spell IDs.
Sorry I couldn’t be of more help here. Maybe the GSE team know what’s causing it? Might be worth asking in their Discord.

I’ve tried splitting the versions into their own separate sequences.
If you, or anyone else having this problem, could try re-importing using the string at the top and see if that changes anything, I’d appreciate it.
I will have a look at your sequence because I am currently leveling a Paladin, specifically a Protection Paladin, from scratch. Even though I already have a Retribution Paladin, I have never tanked on a Paladin before. Leveling it from 1 to max helps me understand the flow and mechanics of the class.
I will give your sequence a try, and if I experience any issues, I will let you know. If everything works well, I will let you know that as well. I will share my feedback as the process goes on.

All right, so after trying it out, I am using version 2 of the sequence with the manual input of Avenger’s Shield, and so far everything is working as intended. My character is only level 36 at the moment, so my talents and available abilities are still limited, but everything I do have access to is functioning correctly. Nothing feels sluggish or stuck, and the rotation is going through the sequence blocks without any issues.
Because of that, I am starting to think that anyone who is having problems may not have the multi-click feature enabled in GSE. That might explain why some abilities feel blocked or why parts of the sequence are not triggering properly. At least, that is my current guess.
Anyway back to leveling up PickledLight and subjecting the 4 other dungeon people to wipe/deaths/bad humor and maybe, just maybe amazing tank skills!

Zan’s is there much of a difference between an M+ & Raiding sequence with your build?

No, not really. The main difference is just the talents. I’d probably use Version 3 as well, since Avenger’s Shield is used in that version. For raids, Avenger’s Shield isn’t really needed for doing your +60 interrupts anyway.
