Glad Warrior GS

I keep Stormbolt/Dragon roar and thunderclap unbound

Talents are 2,1,3,1,3,2,3 aoe 2,1,3,3,3,3,3

Single target

Sequences['GLAD'] = {
PreMacro = [[
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast [combat] Berserker Rage
/cast [combat] Bloodbath
/cast [combat] Demoralizing Shout
/castsequence reset=10 Shield Charge,heroic strike

/use Avatar

}

Shield Slam is in there multiple times bc it never went off on cd or proc during BloodLust.

Sequences['GLADAoE'] = {

}

I use this one for Execute and to build rage. ps I keep thunderclap unbound.

post with any changes you make for your needs!

Call me noob but how do you change talents for single and aoe?

Also what is “use Avatar” ?

Isn’t that a talent that you have not chosen?

In case you like Avatar for whatever reason and “Call me noob but how do you change talents for single and aoe?” stuff like bladestorm and dragon roar.

What glyphs you using ? for single and aoe?

Bull rush, Glyph of cleave and I change out Rude interruption for Resonating power glyph for aoe.

How can switch between talent trees? You have one for single target and one for aoe. Do you constantly change them between fights?

Yes no point on using a thunderclap glyph on oregorger might as well use the interrupt 6% damage buff

01100110 Are these two the latest macro’s? I have tried them but I kinda stay between 8k-10k DPS with gear ilvl 623 equipped.
I tried the same macro as the top two from you (as is) and I also tried them both with the StepFunction.

I also loose aggro very very fast, to a garrison follower (!) even when I am in prot stance, when questing. (I’m kinda afraid to do dungeon work, looking at the speed I loose aggro and how low the DPS is. And for me PvP is also a no go with this spec.) :frowning:

I used to love my warrior back in the days, but nowadays… My Blood DK, Guardian Druid, Beast Master Hunter and Destruction Warlock do more DPS and survive most Elites etc much easier.
Even my squishy Disc. Priest with her having the lowest DPS (next to this warrior) of all mentioned above does a better job. Except when she is silenced or feared to much or when I pull to much adds when feared. :wink:

Btw. I use the same Gladiator Warrior build for both DPS, PvP and Tanking. The other spec is to try out Fury 1H/2H again.

wHèèèèlp.

(FYI. Using CM-Storm Mech keyboard. >> CoolerMaster Storm Aluminium Mechanical keyboard with 5 macro function keys.)

ps. For some reason the gear on my chars haven’t been updated by Blizz. Btw. Here is my Little Warrior: World of Warcraft.
Build is 1,3,1,2,1,2,3
Major: Unending Rage, Cleave, Victorious Throw
Minor: Watchful Eye, Intimidating Shout, Gushing Wound

[Edit:]

I changed the routine a bit.
My DPS, when questing in Nagrand, went up to 10k+. That’s a bit better than before, but also to be expected because I got some nice (raid worthy) upgrades from my Garrison workers. :wink:
I also keep ThunderClap, Shockwave etc on my normal keys. I indeed can keep my rage up a bit better now.
But still… kinda low dps when comparing with my BM hunter, who has way worse gear. But he still does 13-16k dmg while questing in Nagrand etc. And a bit squishy for a plate and shield user, my DK does a better job when comparing. (And I still love my Warrior more, despite everything.)

Also should I merge both sequences to one.?

This is what i use now and does better than our fury warrior. I’m a mythic raider fyi

Been enjoying this macro a lot, thanks

So small update (requested)
Note: I keep Stormbolt/Dragon roar and thunderclap unbound

This is the macro that I use it’s the best one I’ve came across and if you have a better one in your opinion please post it here :slight_smile:

Single Target

Sequences['GWST'] = {
PreMacro = [[
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast [combat] Berserker Rage
/cast [combat] Bloodbath
/cast [combat] Demoralizing Shout
/castsequence reset=10 Shield Charge,heroic strike
/cast heroic strike
]],

	'/cast !Shield Slam',
	'/cast !Revenge',
	'/cast Devastate',
	'/cast !Shield Slam',
	'/cast !Shield Slam',
PostMacro = [[
/startattack
/cast [combat]Shield Slam
/use [combat]13
/use [combat]14
/use Avatar
/cast Shield Slam
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
]],
}

I put avatar in the macro in case you would like to use that for dat sick burst.

^ Talents 2-1-3-3-3-2-3

Glyphs- Rude interruption (if boss has interrupts)- ALWAYS Glyph of Cleave- If boss has some adds like that train boss use Wind and thunder or Resonating power. If pure single target use unending rage

Sequences['GLADAoE'] = {
PreMacro = [[
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast [combat] Berserker Rage
/cast [combat] Bloodbath
/cast [combat] Demoralizing Shout
/castsequence reset=10 Shield Charge,
]],
	'/cast Shield Slam',
	'/cast Revenge',
	'/cast Revenge',
    '/cast Execute',
    '/cast Execute',
    '/cast Execute',
    '/cast Execute',
	'/cast Shield Slam',
	'/cast Devastate',
PostMacro = [[
/startattack
/use [combat]13
/use [combat]14
/use Avatar
/cast Execute
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
]],
}

Now this is my aoe/execute macro. So how it works is you spam this when you need to thunderclap because it spends no rage (except on execute)

^Talents 2-1-3-3-3-3-3

Glyphs- Resonating power.- Wind and thunder- Glyph of Cleave

Any questions inbox me.

My 2 cents:
