Due to joint pain and arthritis I use lazy macros along with an auto repeat toggle setting on a g-13 gamepad. I don’t do this all of the time but if I am having a hard time with the keypresses I will switch over. One of the issues that can result is if you forget that you are toggled on you can pull groups or cause other disasters in a raid. I was trying to find a solution to tell me if I was toggled on or off easily and came up with one that works for me pretty well and wanted to share. I have been using the addons lagbar and Xandurability both of these have slash commands to toggle the background as follows
/lagbar bg
/xdu bg
by adding these into my lazy macros (one for aoe the other for single target) and setting my repeat rate at 125ms I can easily tell if a button is toggled.
