My first Legion submission. I made these adjustments for a friend of mine (Lildot@Quel’dorei-US), the one that encouraged me to begin this site after he had an accident.
Anyway, no promises that it would be awesome or lockup in shards as I do not play a warlock. So I tried to follow priority spells according to icy-veins and used Cymiric as a base macro: Cym's DestoLock Attempt - Patch 7.0+ - WoW Lazy Macros
*I do not think the [nochanneling] are necessary but are there just in case you are doing something that it is on the side (Like Rain of Fire) and do not want to break it.
