Copy Talent link, go to your toon, press “P”, click middle tab that says “talents” , bottom left of talent screen there is a drop down box (It has a yellow/gold arrow that looks like and up side down triangle) press the triangle, choose import, Press “crtl-V” to paste talents in top box (Import text), bottom box (New loadout name) name the talent, Click import button.
Now go to GSE and keybind that sequence and talent tree (the one you imported and named). If you are old school you spam that key or if you have a gaming mouse keybind one of the mouse buttons to the keybind you used for the sequence/talent tree that you made from the above paragrph.
