So, I dont heal. None of my toons heal. like EVER. But, HPal has been so meta I had to try it out.

This is what I put together.

Look at that… an update already!

No more need of holding CTRL to Word of Glory, just MOUSEOVER!

Also put a cool Blessing of Seasons macro in there that will put the healing blessings on yourself and the GCD and Damage on your focus target.

Here is new version soon that works with Ellesmere’s raid build as well as their M+ build.

Usage Information

• Battle Rez (Intercession) | Word of Glory | Holy Shock | Holy Prism
  Mouseover a dead person to Battle Rez (Intercession), If they’re alive it will heal with Holy Shock, Word of Glory or Holy Prism. If no friendlies are moused over, it will holy shock/prism your target and do Shield of the Righteous instead of Word of Glory

• Light of Dawn
  Hold SHIFT&ALT with NO MOUSEOVER to Cast Light of Dawn instead of Word of Glory or Shield of the Righteous

• Blessing of Freedom
  Hold SHIFT&ALT when mouseover a player to cast Blessing of Freedom on that player

• Cleanse
  Hold ALT when MOUSEOVER a player or friendly target (Afflicted Affix) to Cleanse that target

• Blessing of Seasons | Barrier of Faith
  Set your focus target for whoever you want your GCD and Damaging Blessing of Seasons to go on (Or Barrier of Faith in Raid Build). If no focus target, it should put them on the target of your target, or yourself.

• Hand of Divinity/Tyr’s Deliverance + Two Holy Lights to Extend the Buff
  Hold CTRL&SHIFT together and it will fire Hand of Divinity then Tyr’s Deliverance followed by two free/instant holy lights for buku heals.

• Consecration
  It will try and drop Consecration but it likely will not be as often as you want it dropped, so… Hold CTRL to drop one when needed.

I had no idea how to heal, so… it might work for you, it might not… I’ve done heroic Aberrus and done as high as a +17 (this is good for someone who’s never healed, IMO) for someone who never heals, like NEVER, it did great. Have fun!

My BM Hunter

Oak BM Hunter ST & AOE [NEW!] - 10.1 (6/12/23)

Two Macros. One for Single Target, One for AOE. They follow a similar concept to my other macros and do a decent job for me keeping stacks up. Results may vary. No modifiers are used, Sentinel Owl is not built in, I reccomend making a @cursor macro to fire it as well as various traps. Thanks, Same for me. I mean. I do mouse over people and holy shock fires pretty quick on them to heal them up, so I cant say I DONT heal, but it doesnt feel like healing. lol, it feels like I’m dpsing.

I’m not completely comfortable yet with healing as like I’ve said, I DONT heal, but, I’ve done a 16 freehold without any hiccups, so, it works for me.

There are a few tweaks I plan to make but it works as is.

Oh, and the pally I’m doing this on is a 427 ilvl

I do have a weird issue that i cant solve. Me and mate were trying to figure it out. I have the macro set to Mouse button 4 and if i mouseover the frames it doesnt heal but if i mouse over the character model instead it works.

Any ideas? we cant seem to find a setting that would break this.

Another edit:
Turns out if i bind the macro on a keyboard number 8 and press it manually mouse over works. If i use mouse button 4 to fire number 8 it doesnt work

Fixed it by using mouse button 4 to press number 8 which had the macro on it instead.

Castsequences in GSE macros can act weird sometimes. I have had the same issue. Honestly, I just put Hand and tyrs on my bar and hit them manually when it does it and then just manually hit two holy lights. I think it has something to do with the reset=combat not resetting properly.

You could probably make a regular /macro to do the 4 spells. And yes, it should still work if you change the shiftctrl to just shift.

The reset is so the sequence can restart after combat if it didn’t finish for whatever reason. It’s probably not even necessary. I’ll remove it and see if that helps. I just don’t want it to ever hard cast holy light.

i did some tests and at times it does hard cast so probs leave it as is just now need to find out how to get it working with the modifier everytime though its not macro breaking macro is bloody fantastic

I mean… the macro does just about everything for you, I think I can hit 3 buttons myself… lol Might just take Hand of Divinity/Tyr’s Deliverance + Two Holy Lights out of the macro and people can just cast that themselves. LOL. Or leave it as is, and it works when it works, and if it doesn’t, cast the spells yourself.

I’ve been having a load of fun healing with this. I urge anyone who is not comfortable healing to try Holy Pally with this macro as it’s been a game changer for me and has made me actually want to be the healer.

found the fix 100% works now raid shit tone of m+ its working macro runs at 100ms i always ran at 30 matching my world ms but all the way up in 5s got to 95 still nothing hit 100 and absoloutly smashing it now

ovs this is for me might be different but 100ms might just be the hard cap for the modifiers to grab the full sequence and not miss or overshoot spells

now on to more pressing matters lol is there a way to have holy shock only go of on mousover even targets so for instance on a boss fight i would have to mousover the target for it to be holy shocked? a few instances i have needed shock for party and its gone on mob or boss instead

Yeah, you can change the holy shock block to remove last set of brackets and @mouseover a harm target instead
So change
/cast [nomod:shift/alt, @mouseover, help][] Holy Shock
to
/cast [nomod:shift/alt, @mouseover, help] [nomod:shift/alt, @mouseover, harm] Holy Shock
TBH, you could probably just remove the last brackets and take the word “help” out of the first set of conditionals, so like this:
/cast [nomod:shift/alt, @mouseover] Holy Shock
