The issue you are running into is that with the new expansion, and the way blizzard has done things concerning macros, the cast sequence no longer works inside of GSE. Some have found a work around by creating an in game macro and using GSE to call that macro, but I’ve yet to be able to get that to even work correctly for havoc.
did you try my ST code? was it better for you in ST? or did you adjust it and do some other stuff to it? its working okay for me, actually decent other than i have to manually use meta, which, might be the best idea anyways, because i dont want Meta used untill i need it used, like on ADDS or maybe after a certain Mechanice movements or something.
i noticed castsequence on some other character GSE macros would just basically refer to another premade macro that it installs when you code load it into GSE. i was getting weird coding errors alot when messing around with the different commands. seems whats worked the best is actually just basical commands like: /cast [combat] spellnamehere
then created a new block with another command, tryin not to chain too much in one block
The break down i posted was with your ST code. IT does indeed perform better ST, but we were trying to figure out the issue with death sweep and annihilation not being prioritized while in meta form
nice, okay, well if you wanna work on it, ill try to improve it here too on my end, but, im not sure what else i can do unless i learn more about Macros and GSE
This seems to be working for me.
I go around 2.8M DMG bursting with 100 MS set and everything seems to be going off pretty well. Holds steady 1.6M DPS after the bursting period is over. (The Cleave Training Dummies in Dornogal).
(My iLvl is 608 so I am not sure myself how much it is supposed to be, I don’t deep-dig in this stuff, but anything over 1.3M is good? ^^)

im 617 and only averaging 1.054M damage ST not sure what i get cleave, but thats some crazy damage at 608
This was on the AOE dummies, I don’t know what my ST is but last dungeon I did my overall DPS was 1.1M in Grim Batol. I can try see how much my ST is later.

If you have 200 ping in the game, that means it takes 200 milliseconds for your device to communicate with the game servers and receive a response. Meaning, if you have about 100-150 ping (MS, Latency) in the game, you put your GSE sequence to fire off at ~150. Atleast that’s what I do, it is working fine for me.
What mouse are you using, razer or corsair or? I have razer synapse and the only issue I have with that is synapse itself, it makes my key macro unbounded but that’s just my own software issue. If you are using AHK scripts from keyboard I can’t help you with that, but I saw there is some forum posts just about this maybe check them out.
Just to clarify. Which macro are you using for the cleave? The OP or Steves? Also, which talents do you use? I can get burst damage on the target dummies up to like 3.2m with the OP GSE sequence at 620 ilvl. But it drops ALOT after the burst window. (maybe holding steady at 1mil if im lucky).
With Steves im getting 2.3mil burst damage but then it holds steady at around 1.2m (thats ST focused). Im curious why our numbers are so different. Would you mind doing a raidbot sim with no buffs ST and 5 targets respectively? Would love to see what they say.
This is with 60ms (my ms in-game is 21) but dont wanna go lower than that tbf

actually im just binding the GSE keybind to my keyboard and pressing the button myself, not auto key at all. dont know how to do this to make it autokey itself without me spamming it
Did you ever get the Meta part working to a “respectable” level ? I would LOVE to have a macro that has no mods and runs just autofire with a decent output.
There is no glaive throw in your sequence for this choice.
how do i add the Treacherous Transmitter trinket to the rotation, without f*cking up the whole code xD
since i have tried just adding a action or loop, but it just messes up everything and i just autoattack
Trinkets are off GCD so they can be on the same macro block as other actions, just trigger one or both trinket slots at the end of all the macro blocks (unless they go over the character limit) and your trinkets will trigger on CD.
Treacherous Transmitter will get you killed tho
