Memory of lucid dreams is timed to cast around the second void eruption and should extend it to about 40 stacks (might need tweaking).

[@mouseover,harm] or [@mouseover,help] - (3 to 5 targets) Adds Mind Sear to rotation on mouse over (friend or enemy) target and stops Mind Flay.

[mod:alt] or [mod:alt,@mouseover] - (6 or more targets) Adds Mind Sear to rotation on target or mouseover. Stops Mind Flay and Shadow Word: Void (or Mind Blast)

[mod:ctrl] - (must add 2nd macro) Automated cycling of Vampiric Touch. Holding ctrl cycles through each target automatically while casting Vampiric Touch on them.

[mod:shift] - Silence

Hold ctrl to apply dots to all enemies
Hold both ctrl and alt for AOE + Vampiric Touch cycle

Ok so did a little testing and macro seems to run pretty smooth. Takes a little getting used to being mindful where your cursor is.

So here is my advice with this, if you are in pvp go with mind blast, raids replace mind blast with void, and if your doing mythics use sear. Just my opinion.

As always I also use vuhdo and have shadowmend and my bubble linked to mouse click. Easiest way for me to keep up bubble.

I’ll test some more for you tonight and tomorrow after raid resets.

Also I run this Ahk at 70 ms so far. Haven’t messed with that much yet.

Before I forget you Also might want to look at incorporating shadow crash, its aoe is nice in mythics. Putting it on a mouseover is good, just be mindful where your cursor is at.

I’ll try this out next time I log in. I’d love to incorporate pvp stuff into the macro so I don’t have to switch between them.
