Macro is mouseover style so keep your cursor on the name plate you want to heal. I use it at 100-200ms. Holding shift converts to aoe centered on your mouseover target, and holding control activates ‘emergency’ mode which will dump your serenity and power word life. shift+ctrll for sanctify (targeted at the cursor, so mouse over the main group. alternatively you can edit the macro to cast it @player).
Updated talents for 10.2, ran a quick +6 and the macro worked fine, will refine more in the coming weeks as we get into the season.

I am working on an updated version of this macro, but this one as I had posted got me KSM and was letting me heal 13 and 14 keys pretty easily (depending on the group). I’ve tweaked the talents a bit with the 4 set and am now pushing into 17-18+ keys but havent finished refining and testing the macro so I’ll post an update to that soon.
As far as other addons go, like healbot or vuhdo, I dont use any of those so I cant say if they work or not. I run zperl unitframes and simply keep my mouse over the target I want to heal while spamming the macro key.
Hey, initially, your macro works perfectly, but I have just one question—did I see it correctly that you didn’t incorporate the “renew” ability in your macro?
This is an older macro - I havent posted an update since before getting any tier, so this version does not include renew. I have modified it to cast a renew every 10 seconds or so, but more with this 4 set I am weaving in renews (on a seperate key) whenever there is downtime (between packs or etc) to proc the 4 set and try to sit at 2 stacks of the free holy word casts. I dont really rely on the macro for this - just hit the spell seperately. I will post an updated macro at some point, but haven’t been playing priest as much yet this season, instead focusing on BM hunter and Guardian Druid.
ill post my updated version of my macro here for you but I am not 100% on it, i managed to get 2300 rating with it but its not performing how id like it to in higher keys so im not gonna advertise the updates fully.
It works well up to about 14-15s, but the 16-20 range really requires a good group that can use defensives and such. Ive timed a coupole 20s with it but it was very much because the other players in the group were playing at a high level and not because of my stellar healing macro.
Ive also ended up playing a lot less holy priest this season as my group has needed me more in tank and dps roles. This will probably be my last update for this season, so feel free to use the macro as is or as a starting place to improve or create your own from. Thanks for using it!
