Add "trinket" action/loop block?

Hello everyone!
I’m currently using the macro by vince-orlando for my Frost DK called ‘Knights of Frost - Deathbringer ST/AOE - UPDATED 9/2’.

Unfortunately, I don’t know much about programming, so I wanted to ask if someone could explain how exactly I can add a block to this macro that uses my trinket? I know the command is /use 13 or /use 14, but I’m not sure which block I need to insert into an existing macro.

Also, is this supposed to be a loop? And if so, what number should I enter at the bottom?

Add it at the block where u pull ur biggest DMG CD. When this block contains more then 255 signs, then use the next one or the one before, so that u fire ur trinkets before u fire up ur DMG CD
