Retribution Paladin V2.0 (The “30s Burst” Update)
This version is a heavy modification of the TWW baseline, optimized for Midnight. We’ve moved away from the long Avenging Wrath cooldown in favor of a 30-second burst window driven by Divine Toll, giving you consistent, high-impact pressure every pull.
What’s New in V2.0?
- The “Future-Proof” Shift: Holding Shift on AOE/ST sequences now keeps the rotation ~90% effective even when the “Wake of Ashes block” (where the game stops casting DS/FV) eventually breaks. (if this happens hold shift to complete most of the rotation and use no modifier to work in the wake of ashes/hammer of light)
- Smart Utility: Holding Alt while using a mouseover will now cast Intercession (Battle Rez). If the target is invalid or alive, it intelligently defaults to Word of Glory.
- 30s Burst Profile: Removed Avenging Wrath from the macro logic. The sequence now cycles around the 30-second Divine Toll window for constant uptime.
- Refined Logic: Cleaned up the priority list to ensure Holy Power generation (Judgment/Blade of Justice) never pauses, even during modifier usage.

Keybinds I Use for These Macros
These are simply the keybinds that feel best for me — yours can be completely different.
There’s no requirement to use F / R / F5; I just find that layout comfortable, especially combined with Shift/Alt modifiers.
All three sequences require modifier keybinds, as shown in the screenshot below.
You can use ANY keys you prefer, as long as you include Shift and Alt modifiers.
(I couldn’t get the macros to behave correctly without both modifiers — maybe you’ll have better luck!)
