Alpha Predator - Feral Druid

@skoot Why apologise? I only said that more in general as I am aware that the macro will be changed and it is normal for people to experiment  I am sorry now if you took that the wrong way like I was accusing or anything ha ha. Internet is funny how tones can be impersonal  All happy here, hope you are too  And even if u mess it up, you can always import it again, the macro is just there anyway

@pitbullberg Ha ha thank you for your feedback! I can’t really help with the threat generated except maybe apply Rip and run back to the tank, it is what I do and it’s why the charge is there, to get you back closer to the tank and faster sometimes  The regrowth should help you stay alive as you make it back to safety I guess ha ha  Thank you again

gotcha! thats why u put the heal instant cast !

hahahah

hehe the regrowth are fire along like a machinegun and have saved the kitten many times allready.
i did a LFR run last night and my poor little kitten with ilvl 432 pushed 150K on trash and was stable on 55k on all the bosses. stats 34% crit, 24% haste, 53% mastery, 3% vera.

Aoe seems over the top. ST are missing abit on FB, but ill try to tweak it some
but like i said… this macro will kiiiil…

@pitbullberg Thanks for sharing the stats and happy to head you are enjoying this macro    :stuck_out_tongue:

I guess the single target will not get any stronger on this build as it is looking to balance and provide a ONE FOR ALL solution. You might get better DPS in single of course if you choose to proc more free Ferocious Bites at the expense of the Adaptive Swarm which will reduce your damage over time from RIP to get higher DPS strikes.

When I choose my talent trees, I am stubborn to go against random procs as you could get 10 free bites in one fight or only 2 which makes DPS inconsistent from might point of view. I would rather do lower consistent than inconsistent if this makes sense, as it helps me more on knowing exactly what I can do, how long would take me this way to finish an enemy and also to allow cooldowns to sync better, as an explanation on why this tree was chosen this way

I like the macro for dps but the Wild Charge got me killed regularly in guild raid. Tried to clip it out of the macro, killed the macro. Ahh well…

@Big_Al Glad you enjoying the DPS it provides
About the Wild Charge, I find it important to catch up with your target and to get a bit of extra kick of DPS, when you have paladins on their horses running to their target, warrior jumping, rogues and hunters using grappling hooks, demon hunters fel rushing etc, in the 2-3-4 seconds it takes you to get back to your target they get to do extra damage so I use it to reduce that gap.

Wild charge only triggers if you press the key. If there is a phase where you just need to be away from the raid boss, just ESC to unselect your target or do not press your button, considering that the macro will auto-target the boss at key press next anyway    I think a few players get accidental Wild Charges out of fear of habit of not having the boss selected, but if staying alive is the goal, just ESC  Thanks again for the nice words about the DPS.

yea I’m also trying to figure out how to disable the Wild Charge.

funny it doesn’t work for me  weird

Disable the first block that has wild charge. Then for the macro variables, delete the section with wild charge from one simicolon to the other (;). But i gotta admit, wild charge looks hella awesome when you use it correctly.

yea wild charge is great. but last night in raid i wild charged into the pit of Volcoross and was stuck in fire…

For some reason the single target macro stop working yesterday. Just Stopped in the middle of the raid. Tried to re-import, delete and re-import (its not even showing up anymore) anyone else ever faced this problem or is just me?

tried to import using a different character didnt work. But other classes its working just fine

@GHfreire - I do not think that is a macro issue, it sounds more like an add-on issue to me. I just tested it and it works still. I hope you will figure it out what caused it
