Any Enchance AOE macros?

according to noxxic, the typical AOE rotation is…

Flame Shock, Lava Lash, Fire Nova, Magma Totem, then use chain lightning on 5 charges.

I really dont understand all the 0,0,0,0,0, stuff in macro toolkit, cant find the FAQ for it, but if anyone has a working AOE rotation that would be great.

Well, im bad at macros but this does work decently,

/castsequence reset=target Flame Shock,Lava Lash,Fire Nova,Magma Totem,Fire Nova,Fire Nova,Chain Lightning

Chain is there just because, for me its easier to just tap the key since i have it on my bar anyways.
