Any viable DW Frost DK Macro's?

So I boosted a DK recently and I was wondering if there was any macros out there that could be used while I gear up, reforge, LFR. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried some older ones but I’m not sure how effective they are now.

i asume your using macro toolkit (addon) so you can expand the macro box size to acomidate these advanced macro’s try this ive been working on latly adaped from macros ive found on this site works quite nice, let me know what you think, thanks.
