So I am used to the previous version of GSE where I make my macro then drag the icon onto my bar and use AutoHotKey to spam the “1” button. Now using the new version i have to use a keybind but the issue with Keybinding 1 is that the 1 key is used for things like Dragon flying so it becomes a weird Key bind. Anyone know how to not keybind to 1 but use 1 to spam the macro lol? Am i hoping for something that wont work or has anyone found way to still do this and i am just missing it?
Blizzard changed some things from what ive gathered. IN order to use GSE macros you have to keybind now. The old way wont work anymore.

For future people this video by Oak explains my issue as well.
Why though? Why change something that has been the way it is for so long? I do not want to play retail anymore because of this change. I am lazy. That is why I come here. This can’t be the new normal.
Then I hope you have another game to go to as this change is going to be forced on classics in a patch near you.
Blizzard changed the rules and what used to be done is now no longer possible. Blizzard have also stated that they are implementing this change into Classic at some point. I would give you a link to the detail and the why but as you were too lazy to read any of the others where this information was posted here - I couldn’t be bothered.
