/focus [@targettarget]
/cast [@focus, exists, nodead] [target=player] Spirit Mend
This will focus whatever your target is hitting, usually the tank.
Then it casts Spirit Mend on focus, or if there is no focus, you.
Therefore it is useful in group or solo content.
It is what it is.
