I have also always set these macros up on 1 and 2 to toggle continuous playback on one key press on/one key press off, so I have much more control of movement and can press other abilities without wrenching my fingers all around.
I have it Death striking a lot for tanking or AoE pulling
I added a shift modifier to apply outbreak, pestilence, blood tap because I want it to be controllable and not miss or overlap on a new target, wasting runes. Keep track of when it’s going to fall, hold shift down until it does what it does. It will not lock up; just be aware when you can let go.
ST for 1-3 targets, alt modifier for Blood boil.
I’d suggest getting SpellActivationOverlay and setting up weak auras so you don’t have to look at bars.

I used to write macros on here for every class but quit for a long time. As I level, I’ll set this up to be a decent heroic/raiding macro.
