First off I am no expert in GSE, and have no deep knowledge about rotation, but I missed a 11.2 patch GSE build, and with a lot of inspiration I will share my GSE.

I am a big fan of control, and being able to react very fast - meaning popping CDs at the right time, and being able to interrupt fast (just as examples).
Therefore my GSE are a build up, to make sure you are in control of burst damage, while the GSE just maintain the rotation as much as possible.

My priority is to use these abilities, in this order (single target):

  1. Misdirect (Focus target first if exist, else pet)
  2. Kill Command
  3. Kill Shot
  4. Barbed Shot
  5. Cobra Shot

The change from ST to AoE is:

  1. Misdirect (Focus target if exist, else pet)
  2. Multi-Shot
  3. Kill Command (2 times, before Multi-Shot again)
  4. Kill Shot
  5. Barbed Shot
  6. Cobra Shot

It is important to import and code the GSE correctly, in order to use CDs, as it is i use 5 GSE imports. I have tried various builds, and found that this is the quickest way for GSE to act, and make the “next cast” an actual CD to use.

  1. Blood_BM (Single Target)
  2. Blood_BM_AoE (Multi target)
  3. Blood_BM_ALT (ALT pressing, Multi-Shot)
  4. Blood_BM_CTRL (CTRL pressing, interrupt)
  5. Blood_BM_SHIFT (SHIFT pressing, CDs)

These buttons you can hold down:
SHIFT = Bloodshed, Berserking (racial, troll), Beastial Wrath, Trinket 1, Trinket 2, Call of the Wild
ALT = Multi-Shot (THIS IS NOT NEEDED, buuuut, if you are experience a long time between multi-shot, then hold down ALT, or if you just use your single target rotation, and want to cleave for a few seconds, well be my guest).
CTRL = Counter Shot

For correct use; this is an example:
Single target:
Key X = Blood_BM
Key X + SHIFT = Blood_BM_SHIFT
Key X + ALT = Blood_BM_ALT
Key X + CTRL = Blood_BM_CTRL

Multi target:
Key Y = Blood_BM
Key Y + SHIFT = Blood_BM_SHIFT
Key Y + ALT = Blood_BM_ALT
Key Y + CTRL = Blood_BM_CTRL

So just to sum up, you need to make 8 (if you want to use all as i do it) keybindings.
Please not that it is HIGHLY selective, if you want CDs on SHIFT. You can code my “Blood_BM_SHIFT” to “Key X + W” if that is your thing, please not I have not tested it with other keys, and that will be highly on you to ensure it works.

what kind of dps are you seeing with this?

I use this in every scenario as my primary rotation, so it varies a lot (delves, dungs etc).
I am an atm 683 hunter, and on the cleave dummies i do about 4,5-5 m dps.
For pure solo target, i am about 2 m dps in delves, and in dungs can do about 2,7 m dps.

I have tried 3-4 other GSE macroes, and i feel i come a bit closer to and actual rotation with this one, that really spits out the abilities i would do.

This is hands down the best macro ive tried. I did have issues with it not casting enough Kill commands and hanging up on cobra shot a bit.
The Ms set to 100, I added a priority(block2) and moved kill shot under cobra shot(block 6). Runs smooth and im able to hit 1.7-1.9M dps pretty consistently. Simc @ 1.909M dps. so i figure 93% accuracy on Kelpfist at 3-5min test.

If anyone has any pointers or ways to impove this, id love to test them out.

Im so glad this helps you, and the exact same reason i made this one, i felt sometimes it didnt prioritize the Kill Command, which i believe i have helped it do.
And also i made this as simple, so you can just shuffle around like you did, so thank you for also pointing that out!
