BM hunter 8.2 Macro, Frenzy Stacking, Arena Capable

this is the macro i started with, shame it has not been updated

99% Heroic Uldir Parses BM Single Target and AOE Macros + UI

I want to use this macro but I have a question. Maybe more of a general question idk, cause I’m new here. I just have GSE. Am I supposed to be spamming the key by pressing it repeatedly? Or am I supposed to just hit it on the GCD? Like once every ~second? I’ve been smashing the button which is killing my hand.
