If you are skipping KC try changing the first loop block from reverse priority to priority. that fires more KC than Barbed shot.

so tweak that based on your haste and setup. add in a KC to that block will also fire more. but if you go to far then barbed shot will not fire enough. its a big balancing act.


These are my results after exactly three minute’s which isn’t bad at all for the iLvl.

find and move the files gse.lau and gse.old from their location to someplace else as they contain all your older macros that are no longer functioning and holding you back.

Yo dudd, i cant get your latest talentbuilds to work when i try them on wowhead talent calc. Tried 1 Min CD Build and 2 Min CD Build but none worked on wowhead site.

works fine in game and icy veins, so i suspect its a wowhead problem

tell me about the update which one of those macros is for mythic plus i see a couple

They will all work in M+ its up to players to decide based on what playstyle they like.
but the NO CD build is more for M+

any way to get rid of the delay before it starts attacking? Pets standing still for like 2-3 seconds before attacking, the AOE macro is worse than the ST one. I have tried to change some things but no success… Im using AHK 150ms too so its pressing real fast but still delay

I also added in my latest build that i am testing. seems to work ok

Starting with the no CD macro today. Will give feedback after I run a few 8/9/10s. Talents have changed a bit so will probably play around with all of them to see which one suits my play style- but no CDs means I can be ‘lazy’ to get used to things. Thanks for all of your experimentation and having these available- it’s a lot of work and you are appreciated :slight_smile:

I’m not sure if it’ll help, but to cut the delay I right click the first enemy as I’m starting the macro. That seemed to cut the initial delay out for me (my pets are on assist), and with Bee’s help I had removed all of the autotargeting commands so I wasn’t accidentally pulling from trash mobs. I tend to swivel the camera around to view as much of the battlefield as possible during combat (too used to healing and watching for stragglers).

well, you shouldn’t need to target by yourself though, because if you use a regular macro with /target and /petattack there is 0 delay. its wierd that the delay has come with the new version, has never been a problem before.

Yup yup, agreed. Maybe some internal coding or something, I’m f’sure not savvy enough to say. I’ve been using GSE for years, and the one thing I’ve learned is that it’s all rolling with the punches for WoW. Sometimes little changes that don’t mean anything on the GSE end, sometimes the brains behind this awesome addon have done a total redesign to keep everything working. If for now all I have to do is a little right click action, I’m alright.

The delay probably has something to do with having to code with a /click first. My numbers are fantastic so far- only 2 runs but well over 700k each run. Not going to complain about a tiny delay- hopefully it gets fixed but if not, the macro is working fine as is.

the macros itself works great dps-wise, im around 400-420k dps single target with this one on the dummy. Though AOE dmg is a bit wonky… on the dummies im around 750-800k dps, but it feels like blizz has made the aoe dmg uneven in dungeons somehow, can take AA for example, 1st pull with all the flowers before 1st boss, I had over 3mil dps in a +16 when the packs were dead, but only around 1.8mil dps on a different +15 run with same buffs etc… super wierd to say the least…

EDIT: The aoe macro is shooting way too many multi-shots for a few seconds, and then not a single multishot for 2-3 seconds, so i always have multi-shot on a separate key just when the macro wont cast it in time to refresh beast cleave.

If a few people could try the test build and macro and let me know how it works for them, its working better for me than the M+ NO CD macro and i intend to replace that with the test one. just want some feedback if it works well for others. this game is so wonky at the moment its hard to tell.

Yep getting Multi-shot to fire only at the correct time is near impossible for a wide array of haste and MS response times across players. what works for one person does not for another. it is to do with the global cooldown being active when the macro skips into Multi-shot. if it skips past it then there is a gap. so to fix that we add in more casts of it. but then when it does not skip past it you get too many casts. again MS response, Lag, PC Spec, Haste all has a hand in it.
