Here’s my attempt at a couple of Arcane macros. I’m at 401 item level, no fancy gear (except for a rank 1 Crucible of Flame on my neck), and was peaking at around 33k dps, levelling off at around 20k dps after 10 million damage.

For some reason I couldn’t get a castsequence to do just four arcane blasts, so it’s handled one line at a time with arcane barrage run with the SHIFT modifier. Unfortunately this means losing counterspell (I always have a spell stopper on SHIFT) for this phase but I can live with that.
I’ll see how this goes as I head towards the 450’s, but it feels alright so far.
Run the Burn phase till your mana drops to nothing, hit CTRL to start Evocation, let mana drop to about 80% then switch to the conserve phase. Let the remaining Evocation CD and your mana pool determine when you can switch back to Burn.
