Can you have Howling Blast only cast when you have a Rime proc?

Was wondering if there is a way to have Howling Blast only go off when you have a Rime proc. Not sure if GSE can know if I have Rime but figured I’d give it a shot here. Thanks for any help!

No sadly. You can if you do a modifier in the KeyPress area like /cast [mod:shift] Howling Blast

But otherwise no.

I did it.
It works but it is a pain in the butt to get used to.
