Can't get Glaive toss to fire whatsoever..

I don’t know what the problem is, but I cannot get Glaive Toss to fire! Here’s my macro:

/startattack
/petattack
/cast aimed shot!
/castsequence reset=target serpent sting,null
/castsequence reset=0.5 0,chimera shot
/castsequence reset=0.5 0,0,glaive toss
/castsequence reset=9 steady shot,steady shot,steady shot,arcane shot,arcane shot

I have my other burst CD’s on another macro. But Glaive Toss will only fire like once in about a 10 minute time period.
