I’ve decided to share my Blood DK macro with you all! After listening to feedback from the community, I think sharing it here will be helpful for everyone using this site. Macros are also available on CurseForge and Wago. Just search for ‘GSE’ or ‘crogin’.

Blood DK Macro Information:
This macro will cast Blood Tap, Horn of Winter, and Outbreak when available.
Modified Keys:
Alt = Blood Boil – Use when Crimson Scourge is active.
Ctrl = Death and Decay – Ideal for AoE situations, especially with three or more targets.
Shift = Pestilence – Spread your diseases to multiple enemies, maximizing AoE damage.
Yeah, I had it in there when I was testing the macro when I had the DK pet out for a boss fight for extra DPS, it just forces the ghoul to cast claw by force instead of waiting for it to auto-attack with it.
It is mostly used for UHDK to spam the attack with their pet, I just added it for when you do summon the pet that’s all, you can remove it, it’s not necessary for blood DKs. In the updated macro, I’ve removed the claw attack and fixed some of the rotation.
Working great atm, still leveling and no tanking yet, but before i go in instances so i wonder is this for singel target mostly?? and if yes, how could i put in so it uses blood boil like on a modifier when i got more then 3-4 mobs, sry if stupid question, im still learning to understand those lines and maybe it pumps some other way on aoe packs

i,m haveing a small problem and idk if is my fault. In normal rotation death and decay is casted without pressing shieft. I do something wrong or is supose to cast it in the rotation? And i more thing now i feel i run out much faster on runic power. Need to have some stats to run smoothly? Sory id those are noob questions.
Yeah, it would help if you had a gaming mouse with software to use macros to auto-click with a mouse. Otherwise, if you do not have a gaming mouse then you can use Auto Hot Key (AHK), if you need help with AHK, I have an old AHK script that should still work.
I feel like plague strike isn’t firing in the cast sequence block like it should. It hardly goes off in trash packs before they die or I have to pick up a new target, and on bosses, maybe it goes off before they get to half health. Either way, its never icy touch then plague strike immediately after, its always, icy touch, everything else a couple times, maybe icy touch again, then plague strike or something.
And at the end of that first block cast sequence, is it suppose to say “shh” i’m use to it saying null…but it could be a change in GSE im not up tp date with.
I just fixed it and tested it multiple times, now it fires icy touch, and then the plague strikes right after.
The ‘shh’ and ‘null’ are the same thing, it’s just to stop it from spam casting, I just put ‘shh’ cause it to me is like “shh! stop casting” lol.
and maybe it pumps some other way on aoe packs
