[combat] conditional broken?

I am using the new GSE and trying to get [combat] working but it seems to be stuck or not working for new GSE. It was working for me before but now is not.

Currently I have
in GSE Sequence
/targetenemy [harm][nodead]
/cast [nopet] Raise Dead
/cast [combat] Anti-Magic Shell
/cast [combat] Raise Abomination

further down in my sequence I have a priority which points to a macro called COMBATSTART, this is the macro I want to start combat with
/targetenemy [harm][nodead]
/castsequence reset=combat Outbreak, Festering Strike, Scourge Strike, Scourge Strike, Scourge Strike, Festering Strike, Scourge Strike

for some reason it is always casting Raise Abomination first even outside of combat

Seems like it was some bug/cached option, I delete the sequence created a new one with everything the same and it’s working.
