Could you share your best single target and AoE macros that you use?

I tried the macros available on the platform but couldn’t achieve effective results. Despite having an item level of 502, I can’t reach over 100k DPS on bosses. Therefore, I created a new topic and asked if anyone has created a macro for better DPS performance.
Every macro on here is best for the creator and lucky few that don’t need to adjustments. You’re probably gonna have to adjust the best macro you found to your play style. Between ms, your computer and internet speed. (And possibility addons) these might be causing your low dps. I have to adjust every macro I get to play at the best I can.
