and I’m getting kicked alot on heroic raids, typically when I get to sark
I’m doing between 70k to 120k hps when at sark.
I don’t understand the healing mechs of fws? maybe?
all other healers, especially voker, paladins, and druids are regularly 170 hps to 300 hps.
I don’t get. it
in fact, can someone educate me on what is the burst heal combo for this class?

In short we have no raid healing macros and the builds are completely different.
Well i use my fistweaving macro for M+ in Raids and im doing ok.
This is Smolderon normal and i am 485 ilevel.
Mostly on all bosses im top and what heals mostly is this.
I do use your macro as I’ve found it the most efficient. I did hc raid the other day and had like 3 guys shouting at me saying i was in the wrong spec lol. I was pulling about 100k and they all seemed to have like 200k+ hps. Im still new to mistweaver so im probably missing something foundational. Maybe not using your alt modifier enough

No video. I changed my alt to do different but key is to use the Sheilun gift wisely and also Revival.
But also put focus on the tank, dont forget that.
I fist almost all time. Just when out of reach due to stuff i use the alt.

ALT= @mouseover and will cast Soothing Mist, Enveloping Mist, Vivify, Vivify. Eats mana be careful to not sapm too much 
SHIFT= @mouseover Cocoon.
CTRL= @cursor Ring of Peace.
Macro will use Mana Tea and it normally cast around 5 or so.

Try this one instead. Simple PvP sequence from @WoWLazyChris that i have remade for doing dungs and raids.
This have no mods in sequence so you have to do 3 ingame macros and put in keybinds. If you spam the macro in key1 you need ALT1, SHIFT1 and CTRL1 as keybinds. Put like this:
ALT1 : /castsequence [@mouseover] Soothing Mist, Enveloping Mist, Vivify, Vivify (make ingame macro and put in this keybind)
SHIFT1: /cast [@mouseover] Life Cocoon (make ingame macro and put in this keybind)

Also use Sheilun’s Gift manually.
Use ALT1 carefully because it eats alot of mana. Just wait for Invoke Chi Ji to pop and you should get a free Enveloping to cast, maybe 2

Try this and see if this is better for you in Raids. Remember to put tank on Focus and also fist always so it means be on the boss. If its really nasty and shit all over the place run away and use ALT1 but that is just in very nasty situations. Also if you want Chi Ji to be used manually just delete the line in Sequence and use when alot of damage is going on.

Same setup with mods as before but now on focus it will cast Renewing and Vivify. Also added nochanneling so getting full cast of Essence Font. This one should be better in Raid and also still be in melee range to attack.

Hey borland, ive testes this one with Alt+2 where the macro is, but its just casting the mists and vivify inmyself insteed of my mouseover target? what do i wrong?
