I have been working on a holy sequence inspired by the melee wings build and have been having a great time running keys. I managed to hit 1.75m HPS in a messy priory pull (and survive) and it convinced me to share what I have with all of you! Id love if you could give it a try and let me know what you think!
To use this macro, you need to set your tank as focus and then put beacons on 2 of the dps, preferring ranged, then squishier melee. Then get into melee and spam the sequence! The sequence uses mouseover for priority healing - if you don’t have your mouse over a friendly target it will cast light of dawn to passively and evenly distribute healing to your group, but if you need to focus heals on a particular player (such as the tank, or a player afflicted by a nasty dot,) you can mouseover that player and the sequence will instead spam word of glory on that player.
In the event you don’t need to do any healing at all, you can hold shift to cast Shield of the Righteous instead to boost your dps a bit. I considered simply replacing light of dawn with it, and if there’s interest I can do that in a later sequence, but figured that as a healer, the default should be ‘heal more’ and so the dps option requires intervention.
The sequence will also require a macro named ‘blessing’ to be created in your character specific macro tab. The text for the macro is below (and it should* be included in the import.)
The sequence will cast wings, but not aura mastery, as its good to have manual control over at least one major cooldown. I’m playing with adding aura mastery to this sequence as a modifier but have left it for now.
I got into a group and healed a few 6’s with this and it was highly effective. Let me know what you think!
