Dionysus37's Fistweaver Healing - 11.1.5 - Updated 5-18-25

  • It is 1 sequence: Works for both AOE and ST.
  • This is a DPS focused healing build. Most of your time spent in combat will be dpsing.
  • Uses Offensive/Healing CD’s.
  • All checks for combat have been removed.
  • This will pull mobs even if you’re not in combat.
  • This uses an @focus target, so make sure to /focus your primary healing target.
  • For best results, use the talent build that I am using, as it is specifically for fistweaving/passive healing based on your dps.

I run all my Sequences at 100ms using razer synapse, and I have between 30 - 40 ms ping.

This is the build that I use for Raids and Mythics:

Heyas

So curious

I’m using. Exit lag, which sets my best ping at. -approximately 60.

Shpuld.ingpt faster or a little slower?

I’m not sure, I’ve never worried about it myself, but I run ALL of my sequences at the same rate, even ones that have been developed by someone else. If it’s not functioning in a way I like, I tend to change up the sequence instead of worrying about response speed.

Good evening, do you play Celestial or Harmony Talent Hero in mm+ because I noticed more HPS healing with Celestial to know

I actually dont do a lot of healing on my monk in m+ content, because really? I’m not a good healer. I wrote this sequence because I wanted to try healing, and this was the easiest way for me to start getting into that healing mind set.

I wrote this sequence and chose the talents that built into the sequence (check the talent build tab, it should be there) so that there was as much passive healing as i could get out of while still have a normal macro that i could use for when someone needs a lot of healing really fast.

Now with all of that being said, I HAVE healed a +5 and timed it with this build just like it is, but i think it would need some major tweaks to be more competetive for mythic+ simply because this is for nothing more than a fistweaving style.

This was a heroic run of Nerubar Palace, i wasnt very well geared, and as you can see we didnt even clear queen, but almost all of my parses were at least green, and this is when i was first developing this sequence.

This is from a normal run of LOU, and it’s actually the only run I’ve ever done with her. (Like i said, i dont play her very often at all, I’m really not much of a healer) The big takeaway is that you can see, i even had some blue parses in there, and that was with some spot healing when i noticed someone got really low, and with just fistweaving all the rest of the time.

My highest parse on a mythic run was a blue 52, and I’m tellin you… comin from someone who doesnt normally heal, this shit had me sweatin my ass off. Was it fun? Yeah, it was fun… Was it stressful? OH HELL YEAH.

Props to the true healers out there, i have no idea how yall manage with all the dumbasses like me out there.

I know that’s not really an answer to your question, and really it’s because the answer is “I dont know” I have no clue what i’m doing when i’m healing other than “Dont let people die” “If people die, you fucked it up…” Which of course isn’t always true.

This sequence is more I think for those people that want to get into healing, have never done it before, and want to try learning while having at least enough of a leg up to be able to do it well enough that they at least wont get kicked from the raid, and when they get better at managing it, the sequence is pretty freakin badass as a “Fistweaver” build.

Hi, thanks for sharing this. But my hps is less with this macro… I was doing 1.10m hps but with yours its avarage 600k

and i’ve hit 1.5m hps with it before, but that doesnt mean much since hps is also dependent on how much damage your raid is taking and how much of it is effective healing from you and not being healed by another healer.

Your example needs a bit of context, was it in a raid? or m+ if it was a raid, how many healers did you have? were you doing trash? was it overall?

It’s really hard to judge healing without a lot more context, and even with that being said, this is a very specialized way of healing, it’s not meant for your normal mistweaver healing styles. it’s meant purely for fistweaving while using the spec included with the sequence.

If you’re doing better without it, then i applaud you for being a good healer, cause i suck at it, and this is the best that i can do as a healer lol.

I just compared this on a dummy at dornogal. With another macro that i use. Maybe its just me or idk, im doing better heal without this. But im looking better fistweaver healing haha

I have updated the original post and the plugin to the new sequence import/export format.

Keep in mind that this is VERY hard to test on dummies, as almost all of it’s healing is passive, and dummies dont get targeted by /targetfriendlyplayer.

the only way to test it is to use it.

Considering this is the ONLY healer I am even willing to play, that should tell you something.

This was my healing parse by bracket on a normal LOU (Auraeliah)

And I was the lowest geared healer there. I was 637 ilvl still wearing a bunch of gear from S1. I got a couple pieces from this run and am now at 640.

Overall healing for the entire Normal Raid.

As you can see more 1/3 of all my healing is from ancient teachings which is what this custom spec is designed around. I try to keep an eye on the raid so that i can cocoon someone if needed or throw big heals if cocoon is down. Otherwise i’m full out dpsing.

That’s my dps ranking AS A HEALER WITH THE LOWEST ILVL

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but for Raid healing, this sequence is kickin ass. I just need some more ilvl and I don’t see any problem with doing mid-high keys with it either.

Ill give my honest opinion LATER after raid
