there seem to be two useful measures; how you do vs sims of your character, and then how you do vs other characters of your spec and itemlevel (warcraft logs has a tool to get this info for raid data for example). I gather some macros can get close to the sims but does anyone find their macro play in raids is actually performing on par with other umans of similar ilvl and same spec?
i often find it out performing other humans but i have my set up to a repeater profile on my mmo mouse so while pressed it spams my demon hunter with the macro key @35ms rate. hope this answered your question.
