I use Healium with this macro for max use . I never target another player run 20+

Can you mabe show how you use the macro or do you button smash ?

I have my mouse set up as 6 and 7 on auto and then I use keybind to Shift+6 or Shift+7 to cast certain spells then the normal q e f those 5 cover most things . I also use healium just to make sure when shit hits the fan I can stop and direct cast on players . I also use /cast [@player1] - [player5] macros on my mouse for bubbles and whatnot

Hi, thank you for the macro , Im using it right now , kinda new to WoW and also my 1st time playing healer too , for the addon : Healium , how do you heal exactly ? So while I’m running my macro , I just hover my mouse over the Healium healing skill icons when teammate is low on HP ? or it just auto heal , Also what speed should I set for the macro , is 250ms fast enough ?
