Flip's Beast Mastery Hunter | ST + AoE Midnight V1 | Midnight 12.1.0

Flip’s Beast Mastery Hunter | ST + AoE Midnight V1 | Midnight 12.1.0

Two focused GSE sequences cover Beast Mastery’s single-target and Mythic+ pack play. Pet control is built into the core; interrupts, defensives, utility, movement, target selection and encounter burst remain in the player’s hands.

Engineered with evidence. Built for deliberate ST and AoE control.

Checksum-Verified · Dual-Mode Architecture · Install + Persistence Validated · Author-Tested in Live Mythic Content

FLIP Beast Mastery Midnight V1 is a polished, evidence-led GSE package with separately controlled single-target and AoE modes. Both imports are pinned to exact checksums, decoded and schema-checked, installed under their public names, and preserved across relaunch. The author confirms runtime testing of both published sequences in Mythic content, supported by six completed +15/+18 field samples for the dual-mode workflow. Exact per-key combat attribution and a matched performance comparison remain separate pending gates.

Mythic+ field-tested workflow. The author confirms runtime testing of both published Midnight V1 sequences in Mythic content. The dual-key workflow has completed multiple +15 and +18 dungeons, and the exact packages are installed in GSE and persist after relaunch. Combat logs do not identify which GSE key produced each cast, so the field record does not prove an isolated per-key performance result.

Pick the right key

Situation Sequence Checksum What it prioritizes
One durable target FLIPCYDE_BM_MIDNIGHT_ST_V1 v1:2696b6df Kill Command, Barbed Shot and controlled Focus spending
Two or more active targets FLIPCYDE_BM_MIDNIGHT_AOE_V1 v1:4b03a460 Wild Thrash, Kill Command, Barbed Shot and pack pressure
Priority target inside a pack Choose deliberately Use ST for priority pressure or AoE for total pack damage

Built for: Retail WoW 12.1, interface 120100, Beast Mastery spec ID 253, and GSE 3.3.27.

Do not run both sequences at once. Bind them to two separate buttons and switch deliberately when the fight changes.

Current status

Check Result
Import decode and stored checksum Validated for both Midnight V1 imports
ST action body Field-tested lineage; unchanged in Midnight V1
AoE action body Promising; adds a lowest-priority Cobra Shot fail-through
Mythic+ experience Six completed +15/+18 field samples
Current-season dungeon use Author-tested for both published modes; two August 13 completions recovered: Temple of Sethraliss and King’s Rest
Exact Midnight V1 install and saved-state persistence Validated
Separate direct mappings Validated: ST V1 and AoE V1 are mapped separately; personal physical keys are intentionally not prescribed
Exact per-key attribution and matched 12.1 comparison Pending

The completed-run evidence validates practical use of the dual-key design, not a competitive DPS ranking or exact per-key attribution.

Build detail What to know
Bestial Wrath Included in both sequences
Call of the Wild Manual for boss, priority-pack and encounter timing
ST fallbacks Black Arrow falls back to Barbed Shot; Dire Beast falls back to Cobra Shot
AoE requirement Wild Thrash must be talented; use ST until the build is corrected if it is missing

The first code is the recommended package build. The alternate is included for players who prefer its Mythic+ layout; confirm that Wild Thrash is talented before using AoE V1. Neither code is a claim that one setup is best for every player or encounter.

Install and play

  1. Update to GSE 3.3.27 or newer with Retail 12.1 support.
  2. Import both exact strings from the bottom of this post.
  3. Confirm the displayed names and checksums match the table above.
  4. Assign each sequence through GSE’s direct keybinding.
  5. Put ST and AoE on two comfortable, distinct direct keys.
  6. Tap the selected key repeatedly during combat. Use one physical input per in-game action; do not use unattended automation or external auto-repeat.
  7. Test one target and a multi-target pack before taking the pair into progression content.
Control Binding guidance
Single target A dedicated direct key you can identify without guessing
AoE A different dedicated direct key
Mend Pet modifier Hold Alt while pressing ST V1; that press attempts Mend Pet instead of continuing to an attack

Keep these controls manual

What GSE cannot decide

  • GSE cannot solve proc state, Focus, charge state, target count, movement or encounter timing.
  • Pet pathing, line of sight and target selection still need direct attention.
  • A failed or unavailable action advances on the next physical keypress; Priority-loop weighting is an attempt cadence, not a guaranteed cast order.
  • The AoE Cobra Shot fail-through remains Promising until a matched 12.1 A/B test confirms its effect on Wild Thrash and Beast Cleave cadence.

Useful feedback

Include Example
Sequence ST V1 or AoE V1 plus the displayed checksum
Environment WoW build, GSE version and talent export
Test Target count, dungeon and key level
Input Which key was used and when the mode changed
Result Duration, damage, DPS label, deaths and interrupts
Problem Spell stall, pet issue, Focus cap, target swap or utility conflict

Evidence summary

Validated: exact import structure/checksums, installation, separate direct mappings, and saved-state persistence. Author-attested: runtime testing of both published modes in Mythic content. Observed field record: six completed +15/+18 workflow samples. Pending: exact per-key combat attribution and a controlled matched 12.1 performance comparison.

Import both modes, verify their names and checksums, keep encounter burst, defensives, interrupts, movement, and target decisions manual, and share privacy-safe results with sequence/checksum, encounter type, key level, and observed behavior—never private account data or unredacted local files.

Release history — August 16, 2026

This topic was rebuilt for Midnight 12.1.0 around the exact FLIPCYDE_BM_MIDNIGHT_ST_V1 and FLIPCYDE_BM_MIDNIGHT_AOE_V1 imports. The update added one-click talent references, checksum-backed imports, separate direct-mapping guidance, validated installation and saved-state persistence, Mythic field samples, and transparent limits around exact per-key combat attribution.

Thank you for putting this together. I’ll be testing it over the next week and will check back in.

Glad to be able to share it! I wokred pretty hard on getting it just right for me, but ims till new to GSE building. let me know if anything is acting up, or you think there could be improvments. Have fun and enjoy BM this season, it has been very strong for me so far.

is this BM packleader or dark ranger …. as the marco import has black arrow in it . and if dark ranger why did u go with that build as its what they say it lower than packleader and the no go to spec this season …. trust me i love the dark ranger just wonder what build this if for and why u picked it … thanks for ur input

It is in case someone uses that build. Primary is Pack Leader, thats what I use. Both talents I offered are Pack Leader. Try it out.

I did everything exactly according to the instructions but macromo doesn’t work very well I’m the worst at DPS even under tank, when I put in talents I don’t see any difference they are both exactly the same, I have everything updated

can you change the nacro to spell id?

That’s weird, I’m playing it and the dps is good, I don’t think it’s a macro problem, running it at 200ms

can someone tell me why i dc ever 30 sec useing this macro setup … im useing l8est gse

Not sure it would be the macro. Its never even locked up, but try making sure ur GSE is up to date, or hit up the GSE discord.

Hmm, something isnt working if your dps isnt roaring. Import the first talent string, then go keybind ST to a key, then AOE to another key. Mash buttons, have fun.

Just change your talents.

I dont see a reason to. Use it as is and it works well.

Hi, and thanks for sharing your macro. I’ve been a Hunter player for over 10 years now and have always played BM Hunter. I wanted to give my opinion, having always been a high-level M+ end-game player, consistently scoring around 4k in each season.
So, the macros are fine, although I do notice a slight hiccup of 1–2 seconds in smoothness at times; sometimes you might be better off using an extra Cobra Shot and waiting for the spell. It seems to freeze for that fraction of a second. I’ve tested it on dummies, of course, but I’ll give it a go in M+ to see how it goes.

Hi, and thank you for the detailed feedback, especially with your experience playing BM at a high M+ level.

The brief hesitation you’re describing is the tradeoff I identified with the current AoE V5 design. Cobra Shot was intentionally removed from the automated AoE loop because excessive Cobra polling could crowd out Wild Thrash, Kill Command, Barbed Shot, and the core cleave opportunities.

When those priority abilities are unavailable, manually using an extra Cobra Shot is absolutely reasonable if you have the Focus and the situation permits it. The sequence should then continue normally. The single-target sequence already includes Cobra Shot as a fallback/filler.

I’m also testing a newer AoE revision that adds one very low-priority Cobra Shot opportunity, specifically to see whether it smooths out those occasional pauses without weakening the cleave core. Your M+ feedback will be particularly useful. Please let me know which sequence you used, your approximate input speed, and where you noticed the hesitation most often.

Thanks again for testing it and taking the time to provide constructive feedback.

hi im use razer what best macro set per sec i do 0.085 that good my ping in game 110 to 200
