it is 2333221. also, any talent that is a passive can be changed to another passive on that row with little to no change in functionality for the macro or any other macro you find here. For example, i never take the second talent on the first row for unholy that allows for a second pet preferring the first talent on that row. just a fyi.

I did less damage than tank in +18 dungeon with this macro 130 item lvl bis items. running with razer synaps 0,05 ms Problem is that festering strike is top 1. overall muste be epidemic because of multitargets. any ide what i can do gaupanda ?

Everyone have different setting for AHK. Perhaps you can run it with 0.07 or 1.00ms- see if there are any improvement? I would take out death strike if you think healer can top you up quickly. So, you do not need DS to survive because DS consume lots of Runes to use. :ok_hand::+1::handshake:.

I always top the damage in bgs and mythic+. If you are concerned about Epidemic. You can put it on Prepost then use Modified for it .

Take out DS and Epidemic if you want or you can try to run it as 30 MS AHK
