I primarily use GnomeSequencer but this would apply to Toolkit users as well.
I have noticed most of the macros on these forums are constantly blowing your cooldowns giving you less situational control. I realize if you wanted to micromanage all of your abilities and cooldowns these macros probably aren’t for you, but is there a way to only use cooldowns with a modifier? For example, I only cast Bloodbath if I hold control while pressing the macro?

add the [mod:ctrl] condition before the spell you wish to cast
example: /cast [mod:ctrl] Bloodbath
