Ive spent most of the weekend getting macros imported into my class LUA files only to have the most recent update replace then entire lua for all my classes.
What can i do so that it does not keep doing this?

If you edited the lua in GS-DraikMacros thats going to happen often.
You could do what Lutechi has suggested or you could just load them in ingame. The whole point of 1.3 was so that you didnt have to manually edit the lua files and constantly reload.
