I used to use GSE on Windows to auto dps in dungeons and it actually was very competitive, my dps was always way higher than anything I could ever do with a manual rotation.
I am getting back into the game, and curious if there is anything for MacOS today that will function like this.

If youre looking to automate keypress, youre in deep deep trouble ( playing on Windows or on MacOS ).
You got it wrong, GSE has absolutley nothing , nada , no connection to do with what are you looking for.
Like on windows, search if you mouse or keyboard has software that can manually hold or trigger keystrokes.
The most known is autohotkey around windows ( never used it, never will ).
