GSE + SBA All-in-One-Button Frost Mage Spellslinger for Midnight 3/31/2026

Updated 3/31/2026 - level 90

WoW Retail: Midnight 12.0.1

GSE: 3.3.08

I came up with a really easy, but effective GSE sequence that lets Blizzard’s very own Single Button Assist take care of your primary DPS rotation, handling both single target and multitarget operations automatically without any need for extra button pushes, while GSE handles the basic “up front” stuff automatically. (**I made one for Beast Master Hunters and Havoc Demon Hunters too - check them out in the Hunter - Midnight - Beast Master Forum / Demon Hunter - Midnight - Havoc Forum!)

This is an All-In-One-Button Single Target & Multi-target combined sequence. No mod-shifting, no extra buttons. All you need to do manually is your interrupts, Time Warp, and of course your Blinky type spells.

  1. CREATE A SINGLE KEYBIND FOR THE SEQUENCE

  2. PEW PEW AWAY!

****Keep in mind that the SBA will slightly increase your Global Cooldown, but I haven’t noticed any severe drop-offs in DPS. Either way, this is designed for people who are willing to sacrifice a little DPS for a more easy-flowing gameplay experience.

Please test it out and let me know your results! Fell free to edit it and make your own too!

bro idk if you trolling or not but this does not work at all

I’m getting around 40K DPS on the Raid Target Dummy and around 100K DPS on the Multi-target dummies in Silvermoon. (at ilvl 244) (1 min test each)

Did you important the Talents and Sequence correctly?

I just deleted everything and installed the sequence and talents right off this page again from scratch, and no issues here.

I just tried it, in TW, and it work fine here, even at lvl 81… so no trolling. (Isthisit)

The only thing that might choke up this sequence is the Trinkets block. It attempts to use any “USE” ability on your Trinkets, so if you have Trinkets equipped that do a special ability that requires targeting of some sort, you might want to disable that one block in the sequence:

In Midnight, there is at least one “USE” Trinket you’ll pick up that can only activated in the the right zone if you are in it, so I left those in the sequence because they can boost your DPS in those zones. One Trinket is the Drum of Renewed Bonds, and it only works in Zul’Aman with the Loa Blessings - but it does work and doesn’t choke up the sequence, so I recommend you use it in the sequence!

You’ll notice when using this sequence with that Trinket outside of that zone, a little error will pop up saying “you’re not in the right zone”, but the sequence should just skip over those. It’s the older Trinkets with USE abilities that cause an issue, depending on what they do. If you still have older Trinkets that require special ground-targeting mechanics, it might choke up, so in that case, you might want to disable that one block in the sequence until you get to Midnight.

/use [@player,nochanneling,combat] 13 (1st Trinket)
/use [@player,nochanneling,combat] 14 (2nd Trinket)

For other types of USE Trinkets, you could try changing @player to @cursor in that sequence block, if you have one that needs a location to be cast at, so it’ll auto-target wherever your mouse-pointer is at, but make sure you hold the cursor over your target at all times or you might accidentally pull a mob you don’t want to pull  The best USE trinkets (or any USE jewelry) are the ones that fire off a single cast or single buff without needing specific targeting. Those types rarely choke up a sequence.
