Any spec without RNG is going to be good.

Things like Havoc DH or Fury Warrior are good, things like Rogue or Feral are going to perform less optimally because of how the spec’s work.

Same with Casters versus non-casters, BM Hunter will most likely have 99%+ up-time where-as a caster like a warlock or mage would be lower.

Melee are more prone to mechanics but might have higher or lower up-time based on how often they can sit on the boss.

From personal experience, Blood DK, Guardian Druid, Havoc DH, Vengeance DH, Fury Warrior, BM Hunter are all solid picks and should parse 80-90%+ especially the tank specs.

If your only Normal/Heroic raiding it literally doesn’t matter, if your not pushing keys higher than your weekly then it also doesn’t matter.

Unless your pushing for CE in a Mythic guild or are pushing M+ Score for Keystone master your spec doesn’t matter they will all perform at an acceptable level for Normal/Heroic players.

If your a normal/heroic player then it doesn’t matter because the content is so easy that even if everyone is parsing green you can still do the content.

TLDR: if you know how to play the class you will find GSE works well with it. If you don’t any class you pick to use with GSE will suck.
