Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I see on most of my chars, GSE changes the skill to the current rank. EG: Death Coil (Rank 2)
However, It’s not updating the skills in GSE for Rogue. And if you add (Rank 2) or whatever, GSE removes them.

It’s the exception of rank 1, every rank costs the same mana but does less leaving no point in downranking. (The exception is rank 1 frostbolt that uses next to no mana and is an almost instant way of adding the slow without using a lot of mana.)
