I have no idea how to delete these old macros and nor do I know how to use the updated version and I looked at the new videos but they wasn’t fully in detailed stuff. Help please with getting it to work.

based off your pictures it looks like its ingame macros type /m or /macros and click one and delete. should be two seperate tabs for your characterspecific one and account wide that you can go thru and delete
Right click on them and choose delete?
First you need to understand that some individuals like Thesairen have sequences that allow you to have traditional macros within wow that you can then press that are tied to the gse sequence. However, the majority of sequence builders are making it attached to a keybind that is assigned within the GSE keybind tool. I usually assign them buttons a d or r because I use qwes to move, alot of people assign them to their mouse or another button and use razer to control the input speed.
This helps explain it just not in as much detail for someone new.
