From the sims i have seen with your current talents (and also not knowing what gear you have backing up legendaries to replace), I would try Mantle of Command combined with Kiljaeden’s Burning Wish until you get a better trinket to replace Fury of the Burning Sky. Even your Terror from the Deep trinket is a lot better than your currently equipped one.
I’d recommend swapping the your legendary items in-game and see how different combos work for you.

The simulators are gonna like Aspect of the Beast a little better with your boots equipped due to the cooldown reduction on Kill Command.
Why not just use SimCraft or Raidbots and go with the higher DPS leggo combo?
