You can modify your AHK-Script! 
98% Barbed uptime!!! what the heck thats crazy!! Dope macro!! I have practically the same stats as you. 3x Primal 3x Dance and 474. I did this on a target dummy interested to try it in actual content.
One thing i wanted to ask: Any advice on how i can get it to push more Kill Commands? there were def times i had to manually do Kill Command. Its not that big of a deal thought if it isnt possible because i feel like it was make like 2sec after id expect Kill Command to go off.

Decent macro, well done.
I use steelseries software and run any where between 30ms and 50ms depending.
My latency is around 15-16ms ingame but if i set macro speed lower than 30ms i get disconnected.
I have a razor and run it at 50, like other bm macros I did have to add kc and barbed shot because well my crit is way high.
I also added disengage on modifier for those o crap situations.
I cant remember not in game atm but if focus misdirect wasn’t in macro then I stole the line from one of @Elfyau and put it in this one too.
