You hit the link at the top of the page marked: Install GSE2 Add-On and import a macro…

And look for the latest file that is marked -shadowlands

i did but when i put /gs it wont open

Its not rocket science

You download the file and extract the three folders in it to your addons folder. At the end it will look something like:

809×648 27.5 KB

The three GSE folders are the ones that matter. The others are other mods.

nm, solved the error by using the patreon gse for dragonflight in the ptr, all working now
