How to cut the flash of light to use dawn light

I need help, I need a macro that stops the flash of light when I have all 3 charges of holy power to fire the dawn light, basically I only use 1 button and press it non-stop but it skips the dawn light and only fires a full flash of light, and don’t use the 3 charges of the holy power to use the light of dawn, help :slightly_frowning_face:
