How would I add a skill?

I have a macro I am using but there is one skill I would like to add.
I would like to add Throw Glaive to the rotation.

Does anyone know how I would go about adding this?

Type /gse
right click the macro you want to edit
click the tab version of the macro you want to edit at the top
find where you want to add the Throw Glaive to and click the box with the three lines that says “Add Action”
