These also do dps (except for Holy Shock, which is always used to heal instead of dps).
I play Kyrian so I put Divine Toll into it on a modifier but you can just swap that out for something if you prefer.
Holy is the main macro when you bg. version 2 is set to default and pvp, where version 1 is the arena version. You will need to make the following macro in game as well to use the bg one:

Put this on a keybind you can use easily (I use Q for example) because in bg’s this is what you will swap healing targets with. Each time you go to heal a new player you just hover over their unit frame and press this, with the Holy macro toggled on which will then apply Beacon and heal them until you either toggle off the macro or apply focus to another player.
In arena however, you just toggle on or off whichever macro you need to heal either your partners or yourself. Toggle on Holy to heal Party1, Holy2 to heal Party2 and Holy3 to heal yourself. If you use a healing frames addon, you may need to configure it to always have your partners as party1 and party2 and you as party3. I think both the addons BestPvpScripts and sArena do this, where they set your arena partners as first party members and yourself last, so you will need this because the macros are set to heal party1 and party2 as your partners.
To heal yourself, both in bg and arena, use Holy3, which will apply Beacon to yourself and heal you. It will also freedom you and steed when available.
When you do bg’s or 2’s in arena just use Holy and Holy3, toggling on and off according to whether your partner or you need healing (arena), or whether anyone else or you needs healing (in bg).
When you do 3’s, use all 3 macros. Apply beacons (you should use beacon of faith in arena) with Holy before the match starts, then just toggle on or off according to who needs healing at any moment. The modifiers are the same for Holy and Holy2:
Shift - Divine Toll
Alt - Light of the Martyr
Ctrl - Blessing of Sacrifice
When you are the one who needs heals, toggle on Holy3 where the modifiers are:
Shift - Divine Toll
Alt - Divine Protection, 13, Holy Light
Ctrl - Divine Shield
Basically if you have Battlemaster trinket (in slot 13 or the upper trinket slot), Alt will cast your 1 min defensive and then the trinket (2 min cd), followed by Holy Light on yourself. If you have a different preference for a medium defensive just edit this line and put in what you want. Ctrl is bubble when Holy3 is toggled on.
A good way to think of the modifiers across all 3 macros is: shift is Divine Toll which is aoe heal and buff (especially if youre Kyrian with Shock Barrier legendary and Glimmer), Alt is a medium defensive if you or your target need an extra heal, Ctrl is an oh shit button.
The macros will also cast crusader aura if mounted, and concentration aura when dismounted. This is really good if you use the Pure Concentration conduit which provides fear mitigation for you and your group. A great thing to do is, if you have a fire mage or boomie about to unload, bop them and cast Aura Mastery so their burst cant be interrupted by cc.
Aside from this Id recommend, as Kyrian, to go the third soulbind when renown 31 is available (2nd reset from the date of this post), because using Forgelite Filter and Sparkling Driftglobe Core looks like it will be pretty broken. An auto heal and war stomp mechanic at 35%. Imagine that paired up for example with the prot legendary Endless Kings, which can be used with all pally specs.
Both Holy and Holy2 arena macros are also set to dispel your arena partners. I find this useful because the insta casts and defensive cd’s that pallys have allow for occasional gcd spends even if a dispel isnt needed, but if anyone wants to remove this they can just delete the line from the PostMacro field (/cast [party?,nomod] Cleanse). If you only want to change the rate at which the macro dispels, change the number value in the Inner Loop field (set to 5 default but you can make it 2 or 3 for spammier dispels).
I run these at 25 ms and havent tried other speeds but seems to work well at this ms.
There is also another in game macro that is especially useful:

I have this bound to Shift + mousewheel up.
When in arena you can set the enemy healer as focus using the same focus macro given earlier, then use this to hoj them when your team is about to burst or whenever you need to.
If no focus is set it will hoj your mouseover target, otherwise it will hoj your target.
Avenger’s Wrath, Blessing of Protection, etc, are best used manually imo, and you can make a macro for bop such as the following:
